She died on 07 Aug 1967 in Shawnee, Pottawatomie Co., OK. She was buried on 09 Aug 1967 in Mission Hill Cemetery, Tecumseh, Pottawatomie Co., OK. The death certificate says that the place of burial was Mission Cemetery. The funeral home was Gaskill Funeral Chapel. The head stone at Mission Hill Cemetery is says Cluadia Miles Rader.
