The SSDI search ran on 12/23/1998, gave the date as 6 Oct 1882 and place of birth as OH.

Ona retired from Central Manufacturing Insurance Company. He resided at 737 Forest on 3 Nov 1963 in Van Wert, Van Wert Co., OH. He died on 4 Nov 1963 in Castle Rest Home, Van Wert, OH. He had two grandchildren when he died according to the obit in the Lima News. He was buried on 6 Nov 1963 in Woodlawn Cemetery, Van Wert, Van Wert Co., OH. The funeral services were held at Alspach Funeral Home.
